Welcome to everyone. I introduce myself: my name is Giovanni Bennati (Gianni for my friends) and I have been working in the food sector since I came back home after the military service (23 years ago!!).
I am at the head of a small company which nevertheless is big in its sector, Bennati s.r.l., which has been incessantly looking for delicious oeno-gastronomic novelties for three generations. But this for me is not only a job, but a real passion.
Now, let's get to the point. I would like to explain to you the reason for the adjective "pleasure lover": with pleasure lover, I mean a person who likes good food and eats without worrying too much about the kilos in excess. For this reason, in this website you will never find "alarming" references to fats or calories, but useful advice on how to best appreciate the products coming from our earth.
